An Invitation to Business Advisors Participation in the
Professional Site Selection Tour is by invitation only, based upon our own
market knowledge and suggestions from Sponsors about who they would like to
invite. We similarly invite the participating business advisors to
indicate specific areas which they would like to visit because of their expected
client interests, so that we can try to arrange a Tour visit in cooperation with
potential sponsors in those areas.
If you support capital investment project decisions by
companies as they choose where to set up new operations, or as they relocate or
consolidate their operations (as in the case of merger integration services or
logistics changes), please let us know so that we can consider when it may be
relevant to invite you to participate in a Tour from both your own perspective
and that of the sponsor areas.

Whether or not you become a Sponsor of a Tour visit to your
area, we may be able to help support your investment attraction program.
If you would like to sponsor a Tour, please keep in mind that
it is often most effective to plan regional tours in much the same way as the
consultants would typically visit several "short list" finalist locations when
doing field research work for a corporate client. There are also choices
about how long a program should be, and whether it should include any weekend
activities or informal functions to complement the usual schedule of work.
Such details about a specific Tour event are discussed directly with the
Sponsors as part of the usual pre-event preparations and the definition of event
priorities and expectations.. |
