Roel Spee has 18 years of experience advising corporate
executives where to locate businesses around the world, and advising
government agencies on how to attract such businesses. He coordinates the
services of IBM-PLI on a global basis working, together with experts in
North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

decisions, Roel has also advised investment promotion and economic
development agencies on how to develop strategies to stimulate inward
investment and improve business conditions to attract new investors.

Previous Experience
PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consulting Services, including Plant
Location International, was sold to IBM in 2002. Roel performed
similar site selection consulting work at PwC-PLI prior to that merger.
Before joining Plant Location International, Roel was a
consultant at Buck Consultants International in the Netherlands. |
